Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for providing the Service.
You are responsible for all content you submit and agree it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Slate Card and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
